It's safe to say that being out on the open road felt more like home, than home did. Cruising through forests, to deserts, and around mountains, gave me a sense of freedom that living in a city doesn't give me. We drove through Joshua Tree National Park, Its captivating beauty surrounded us. The vast emptiness of the desert seemed to never end, speeding down the winding roads, we sang Bowie, and Stevie Nicks on the top of our lungs. Speeding down the winding roads, making our way to the 101, the blackness of the desert was soon lit by the urban lights of the City of Angels.
